Ruddy Taveras

A Dominican visual artist, born in 1984 in Mao, Valverde Province, DR, he showed a natural affinity for drawing and painting since childhood. Initially self-taught, at 19, in 2006, he enrolled in the National School of Fine Arts (ENBA) in Santo Domingo for foundational studies. To further refine his skills, he attended courses in photography and Photoshop as part of the continuing education program at the Chavon Design School in Santo Domingo, completing his artistic training.
