About the Item: A painting (elaborately framed) with collage by important emerging artist Gunner Dongieux (New Orleans, San Francisco). As with many of his paintings, he's in the scene, depicted in a red Stanford sweatshirt, observing a scene with apparent horror that appears to be a game of "beer pong" with a ping-pong ball about to disappear into a Dixie cup!
Dongieux' artwork has been exhibited at Sutton Galleries, 5 Press Gallery, and The Contemporary Art Center of New Orleans, in addition to numerous privately-hosted shows in New Orleans and San Francisco. He won Best in Show at the 2017 CAC exhibition ‘Revoir: To See Again’ with his collage painting "No More Parties in LA."
Painting measures 8" x 10" without the frame.
